Basscrazy (your author) is a pro bass player and producer from Seattle, WA, USA. Always looking for information about players and axes and the musical aspects of the bass guitar in rock and pop applications, I figured once I found good stuff or had some insight or thought to share, that a blog would be a good place for it.  So – The Bass Blog was born. Pretty simple, eh?

This blog is not meant to be exhaustive, or to cover Jazz or funk or areas I really have no idea about. Someone else can tackle that. I’ll write what I know and what I love to the best of my ability.
